We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Remote Admin Executive to manage motor insurance administrative matters for our Singapore-based commercial vehicle dealership.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position
, suitable for candidates based in Malaysia who are disciplined, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
- Prepare and submit motor insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Verify accuracy of policy details (vehicle number, coverage type, NCD, etc.)
- Monitor policy expiry dates and proactively follow up on renewals
- Ensure timely submission to insurance companies
- Guide customers through accident reporting procedures
- Liaise with insurers, workshops, and claims officers
- Track claim status and provide updates to management and customers
- Ensure all required documents are complete and properly filed
- Work closely with sales consultants and management via Whats App, email, and online systems
- Liaise with insurance companies and finance partners
- Respond promptly during working hours
- Maintain clear and professional written communication
- Maintain proper digital filing system
- Update internal records accurately and consistently
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and regulatory requirements
