We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role majority was Work From Home (WFH) and sometime only maybe require attend office. It involves providing valuable administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, document management.
- Prepare monthly payrolls, claims and leaves.
- Prepare submission CPF.
- Generate monthly delivery order, service orders report and invoice for submission clients platform.
- Receiving Purchase Orders from clients platform and Generate Purchase Orders for Suppliers.
- Coordination with accountant for GST submissions quarterly, CIT submission and IR8A annually.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Preferred experience using SAP.
