The OpportunityOur San Francisco office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of the firm’s founding partners and her team of attorneys, whose practice focuses on cyber, privacy and intellectual property matters.
This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a dynamic legal environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The successful candidate will bring discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time hybrid position with responsibilities that include:
- Managing the partner’s inbox and calendar
- Coordinating domestic and international business travel
- Preparing, revising, and finalizing correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents
- Proofreading and formatting reports and client letters
- Maintaining and updating data in our Clio database and other internal systems
- Assisting with meeting preparation
- Organizing internal and external events, as requested
- Utilizing Microsoft Office to compile, analyze, and format data and reports
- Managing special projects with efficiency
- Exercising strong administrative judgement and taking ownership of decisions and outcomes
- Collaborating closely with staff and attorneys to meet firm and client needs
- Fostering professional, cooperative, and supportive relationships with attorneys, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a professional services or legal environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities with composure and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A client-service mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding service to attorneys and clients
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in all interactions

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance required three days per week during standard business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance-based bonus program.
