A structured operations consultancy supporting businesses in the hospitality, property and development environments are looking for a highly capable and experienced Personal & Operations Assistant to support the founder in a high‑trust environment. This role offers fully remote working on an Independent Contractor basis for a minimum of 5 hours per week and hours might increase as the business expands. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, systems‑minded and comfortable working independently.

You will be supporting and reporting to the founder with both professional and minor personal coordination tasks.

• Inbox and calendar management
• Microsoft 365 coordination (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Planner)
• Google Drive organisation and document formatting
• Weekly planning support
• Whats App group coordination
• Basic social media scheduling assistance
• Research and information gathering
• Personal administrative coordination of tasks

• Matric
• At least 10 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant
• At least 2 years’ experience working fully remotely
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Ability to work independently without constant direction
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Enjoys improving systems and bringing structure
