Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) you will be the first voice clients hear and the trusted resource they rely on. You will provide administrative support to financial advisors, support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. Compensation
  • Hiring minimum: $22.50
  • Hiring maximum: $24.36

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via calls, emails, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries and resolve issues; maintain strong relationships.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and related requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently to schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes.
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
