In this essential role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, enhancing their productivity and focus by managing complex schedules and priorities. Your proactive approach will allow you to anticipate needs and streamline operations, ensuring efficient communication across various teams and stakeholders.
This position requires high emotional intelligence and judgment as you will navigate the fast‑paced dynamics of a growing fintech environment. You will play a vital role in safeguarding the CEO’s time while managing essential projects and communications globally.
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leaders and external stakeholders.
- Draft and refine communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.
- Coordinate board and leadership materials with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Track CEO-level initiatives and drive accountability across teams.
- Improve executive workflows and communication systems for increased efficiency.
- Plan and execute complex travel arrangements and high-profile event participation.
- 5+ years supporting C‑suite executives in technology or fintech environments.
- Experience in fast‑paced, globally distributed organizations.
- High proficiency in managing complex inboxes and executive communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
- Japanese language proficiency preferred.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain composure under pressure.
