Location: Work From Home (Singapore)
Working Hours: Up to 15 hours per week.

About

The Role

We are a consulting and management services provider supporting clients on project set‑ups and operational coordination in Singapore. We are looking for a dependable and well‑organized Part-Time Admin to support project administration, follow‑ups, coordination work, and periodic compliance/operations‑related registrations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support
  • Track action items, follow up on outstanding matters, and coordinate with clients / vendors / relevant parties
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, records, and basic reports (Word/Excel)
  • Support compliance/operational registrations and submissions as required from time to time (e.g., forms, document compilation, filing)
  • Assist with payroll support (e.g., staff records, payroll preparation support, onboarding documents)
  • Support employment and hiring administration including MOM‑related processes
  • Very minimal basic bookkeeping support (minimal business transaction)
Requirements
  • Prior experience in admin support / coordination (project support experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Singapore HR/payroll administration and employment documentation
  • Comfortable handling or assisting with MOM‑related employment processes (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable follow‑up, and good time management
  • Able to work independently in a remote (WFH) setting
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin)
