The Junior Virtual Assistant (Operations Support) helps ensure smooth daily operations by providing administrative and coordination support to internal teams. This role assists with organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational processes that help teams stay efficient and aligned.
This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
. You will collaborate with different teams, assist with operational tasks, and gain exposure to how modern remote organizations manage workflows and internal processes.
- Provide general administrative assistance to internal teams
- Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar coordination, and reminders
- Support task tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Help maintain organized workflows and internal documentation
- Manage and update shared documents, spreadsheets, and internal resources
- Assist with coordinating operational tasks across departments
- Support onboarding tasks for new team members when needed
- Help maintain process documentation and operational guidelines
- Serve as a point of contact for internal operational requests
- Communicate clearly with remote team members across departments
- Help ensure information and updates are shared accurately
