Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Assistant Entry-Level Admin (Remote) - Data Support to join our growing remote operations team. This position plays an important role in supporting administrative workflows, maintaining structured datasets, and assisting with operational processes across teams serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in administrative support, remote data management, and operational coordination. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy organizing information, maintaining structured systems, and ensuring records remain accurate and reliable.

As a Remote Administrative Data Support Assistant, you will help maintain organized records, update operational trackers, monitor workflow progress, and support teams by ensuring information remains complete, accurate, and easy to access.

No extensive prior professional experience is required. Structured onboarding and training will be provided. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, consistency, organizational discipline, accountability, and clear written communication.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Data Management & Record Keeping Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal databases using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Reviewing data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
  • Standardizing records (names, contact details, region identifiers, internal notes)
  • Identifying duplicate records, missing fields, or inconsistencies
  • Flagging incomplete or unclear information for clarification
  • Maintaining structured file naming conventions and folder organization
  • Logging updates, corrections, and revisions made
Task & Administrative Request Support Responsibilities Include:
  • Reviewing incoming administrative requests and categorizing them appropriately
  • Routing tasks to the correct team members when necessary
  • Tracking task progress from assignment to completion
  • Following up on overdue or incomplete items
  • Maintaining clear documentation of task status updates
  • Communicating clearly when information is missing or clarification is required
Tracking Systems & Reporting Support Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating operational trackers for completed, pending, and in-progress work
  • Logging daily administrative activities and updates
  • Preparing brief summaries of progress when required
  • Monitoring recurring data issues or documentation gaps
  • Supporting internal reporting with organized datasets
Scheduling & Coordination Assistance Tasks May Include:
  • Updating calendars based on provided instructions
  • Confirming availability across team members
  • Sending reminders for deadlines or required actions
  • Tracking onboarding checklists or administrative milestones
  • Supporting coordination efforts to prevent missed steps
Quality Assurance & Documentation Standards Responsibilities Include:
  • Reviewing work before submission for formatting consistency
  • Maintaining standardized folder structures
  • Ensuring documents remain accessible and easy to locate
  • Supporting updates to internal process documentation when required
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely
