About the Role
In this remote Data Entry position at KPCA, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhanced decision-making processes and operational efficiency within the organization.
What You'll Do- Input and update data accurately in our database, ensuring a minimum error rate of less than 1%.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, leading to a 15% improvement in data quality over time.
- Generate reports on data trends and patterns, facilitating informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, aiming for a 20% reduction in processing time.
- Maintain confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive information, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely updates to management on data entry progress and potential issues, enhancing communication flow.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry best practices, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
