We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly motivated Entry Level Data Entry Clerk/Typing professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Accurately input data from various sources into Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Verify data for errors and inconsistencies and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute (WPM).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
