We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry‑Level Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full‑time, remote position that offers flexible hours. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our team, helping us to streamline our operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Schedule appointments and manage the company's calendar
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with social media management and marketing efforts
  • Conduct research and gather data as needed

Qualifications:
