Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Reservations & Client Support Coordinator to assist with reservation coordination and client support in a remote environment. This role focuses on managing scheduling requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

This position is well suited for individuals who are organized, communicative, and comfortable working within established systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support reservation and scheduling requests
  • Assist clients with updates, changes, and confirmations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools
  • Follow established workflows, procedures, and timelines
  • Provide timely follow-up to support a positive client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reservation accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
