Salary: $37,000–$45,000 annually (based on experience);

We’re seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills and experience supporting construction or operations teams. This role is primarily remote, with occasional local travel to offices or job sites.
Responsibilities- Support corporate operations with document control, vendor coordination, and project tracking.
- Assist with account clean-ups, reports, and general administrative tasks.
- Communicate with vendors and property managers on project updates or documentation needs.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or operations background a plus).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional local errands.
