Reemotely is hiring experienced Virtual Assistants to support our clients across a variety of business functions. If you have prior VA experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment, this is an opportunity to grow your career while working fully remotely.

We are currently looking for Virtual Assistants in these areas:

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative, operational, and client-facing support depending on your assigned role.
  • Manage schedules, communications, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support procurement processes, finance tasks, or client engagement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with global teams using remote collaboration tools.
  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Cap Cut
    ; accounting tools like Xero, Quick Books, Zoho, Wave are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Remote Work Readiness
  • Laptop/PC with minimum 4GB RAM (tablet devices also accepted).
  • Stable internet connection (
    minimum 20 Mbps
    , verified via Ookla speed test).
  • Working microphone & earphones.
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
