This position supports daily operations and coordination related to logistics and order processing. You will work in a hybrid environment
, collaborating with both on-site and remote teams.

The role involves regular communication with Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams, requiring the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.

• Receive, review, and scan documentation for assigned accounts
• Prepare and process delivery orders and receipts
• Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
• Set up and coordinate shipping orders
• Create invoices and support basic accounting-related tasks
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both Japanese and English
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

• Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles required
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English in a business setting is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
