About Us
We are a husband-and-wife real estate team with close to 20 years of experience in Singapore’s property market. We are growing our business and looking for a reliable, proactive assistant to support both operations and content creation.
What You’ll Be DoingDaily Operations:
- Coordinate property viewings
- Support listing coordination and admin tasks
Content & Marketing:
- Draft email newsletters
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Cap Cut)
- Assist with content creation
- Fast and responsive communicator
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable with hybrid work (WFH + meetups)
- Familiar with social media and basic video editing
Hybrid work (work from home + occasional meet-ups). Flexible, but must be responsive during working hours.
