Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative software solutions, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting leadership and project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Range: $45-$50/Hour
What's the Job?- Support a small, dynamic engineering organization working on Microsoft Copilot by providing administrative, operational, and project-based support.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and logistics coordination for leadership and team events.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, office moves, and remote work needs to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
- Track program and project progress, supporting leadership initiatives with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering teams using Microsoft tools to facilitate communication and project execution.
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or engineering team support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Visio, and internal Microsoft systems.
- Strong calendar, scheduling, and logistics management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; PMI/PMP certification is a plus but not required.
