Scheduling Coordinator

We are a locally owned home care business with an exceptional culture. We are looking for talent who can work in a fast paced environment, have outstanding communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and are people persons.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver and client match. Ensure that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and properly handled.
  • Perform various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; timecard processing and payroll responsibilities as needed; monitor the telephony system.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and personnel management.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor at all times and effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
  • Primarily work in the Kalamazoo office but may need to travel locally to support the business.

Desired Candidate:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Available for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
  • Ability to travel (paid) during office hours to support Right at Home offices in Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
