Concierge (Corporate Office)
Our Aegis Living Home Office is looking for a Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to our families and guests.
The Aegis Living Home Office Concierge is responsible for:
1) handling the front desk and all its assigned duties;
2) providing excellent customer service;
2) Being a contributing member of the Human Resources team by assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (in-office)

The following position responsibilities are essential functions of the position. Successful job applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested accommodation.
- Create a warm welcome for every Home Office visitor and guest.
- Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings and manage as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, focusing on the lobby and bistro
- Act as a liaison for the Marketing Team by ensuring all leads are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.
- Universal worker. Willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Is organized and manages time
- Track and manage to ensure a constant and adequate stock of office supplies, cleaning supplies, and snacks for the office.
- Process owner for Concierge related projects and tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Detail-oriented.
- Prioritizes the importance of staff confidentiality and personal information as a member of the HR team.
- 1 year or equivalent in customer service industry
- Knowledge of computers, internet, and software applications including Word and Excel
- Skilled in building relationships with residents, staff, and family members
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Must meet State requirements on criminal background
- Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.
- This is an in-office position located in our Home Office in Bellevue, WA. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
USD $25.00/Hr.
