We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Jeff Sekinger. This role is more than just administrative support; it is an integral part of the CEO's daily life, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing efficiency in both professional and personal matters.
The Executive Assistant must be a master of organization, time management, and communication, with a proven ability to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead. This position requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage various tasks with precision and discretion.
This is a partially remote role. The employee has the flexibility to work from home most days, but on certain days, they are expected to be present at various locations, primarily in the Metro Miami area, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Serve as the CEO's go-to person, managing day-to-day operations, communications, and scheduling to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
Organizational Mastery: Organize and manage all business and legal documents across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Proactive Planning: Anticipate the CEO's needs and prepare for meetings, travel, and other events with a proactive mindset.
Travel Management:
involves Planning and coordinating complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficiency and comfort.Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks and assignments as needed.
Communication Management: Manage multiple communication channels.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and executing events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Proactive and Forward-Thinking: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without prompting.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (Required);
