JobMission
We're looking for a driven, resourceful Executive Assistant for the SVP, of North America who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves being at the center of the action. In this role, you won't just keep the trains running—you'll help shape how our senior leader shows up, leads, and drives impact across the business. This role will be based at our Brighton HQ.
MajorAccountabilities
- Build strong, trusted partnerships across the organization, becoming a key connector who keeps communication flowing and information sharp, organized, and actionable.
- Sit in on high‑stakes meetings, capturing insights, distilling next steps, and ensuring action plans move forward with speed and clarity.
- Gather and synthesize input from cross‑functional teams to prepare the SVP for critical presentations, strategic discussions, and external engagements.
- Anticipate needs before they arise—spotting gaps, identifying opportunities, and optimizing the leader's time and priorities.
- Leverage technology to streamline workflows, elevate productivity, and modernize how the office operates.
- Evaluate and coordinate external requests, from speaking engagements to industry interviews, ensuring the SVP shows up prepared and positioned for impact.
- Own the rhythm of the executive office—expertly managing calendars, orchestrating meetings and events, and coordinating seamless travel experiences.
- 7+ years of executive administrative experience; proven track record of managing complex calendars, travel, and confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational instincts and a meticulous eye for detail.
- High technical fluency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and other platforms—comfortable building polished, complex materials.
- Proven ability to juggle competing priorities with calm, confidence, and precision.
- A track record of handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- A self‑starter mindset—independently motivated, proactive, and skilled at anticipating needs without constant direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inform across levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Ability to work out of our Brighton HQ at least 3 days/week.
