Role Summary
We are looking for an individual that is cheerful, dependable, and punctual, organized, professional, and a team player. You should be outgoing but not outspoken.
Responsibilities- Assist Property Manager(s) with day‑to‑day tasks such as processing tasks assigned by Property Manager(s), processing violation correspondence, architectural submittals, processing title demand requests, updating the database with new owner information, maintaining the community website, obtaining bids for property projects, submitting work orders, and coordinating with vendors.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, work order/architectural requests, and provide timely follow‑up.
- Interact with the Board of Directors, title companies, mortgage companies, realtors, prospective buyers, and vendors to ensure swift assistance.
- Assist during the receptionist's lunch/out‑of‑office periods, handling phone calls.
- Maintain the database utilized by the organization.
- Friendly and empathetic attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient use of desktop PC in a Windows environment.
- Proficient use of internet‑based applications.
- Excellent typing skills (50+ WPM).
- Time‑management skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple requests at once.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Nice to have (not necessary, but extra credit):
- Experience with Ring Central VoIP system.
- Experience with Polycom phone system.
- Residency in Gilbert/Chandler (East Valley).
Previous experience in Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Admin Assistant roles is preferred.
Expectations- Basic domain expertise.
- Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. (after 90 days eligible for remote work up to three days per week).
- Timely responses via e‑mail, ticketing system, and phone.
- Manage and report to executive staff.
- Keep work area(s) neat and organized.
- Maintain data systems, websites, and property information.
- Multi‑tasking ability.

Full‑time salary position. Salary range $17,000–$20,000 based on experience.
