Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to support our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) leadership team. This hybrid role blends in-office and remote work, offering flexibility while ensuring seamless operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and projects with discretion, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for DSP executives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for both domestic and international trips.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documents with high attention to detail.
- Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and provide proactive support to streamline workflows.
- Liaise with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Facilitate efficient decision-making by organizing information and providing executive summaries.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in logistics, operations, or corporate environments.
- Experience with hybrid or remote work settings is an advantage.
- Full-time, hybrid schedule (combination of office and remote work).
- Flexibility may be required to accommodate executive schedules, including occasional early mornings or evenings.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
