The salary range for this position is $49,059.79 to $77,331.24 for Schedule A, and $49,059.79 to $73,464.67 for Schedule
B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule
A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule

The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Responsibilities- Coordinate work between regional office and central office. Analyze workflow to improve efficiency.
- Participate in the processing of participant progress reports. Review, verify, and compare participants’ records and check written reports for completeness or accuracy.
- Maintain quality standards and advise staff of technical changes to the computer system, court documents and office procedures.
- Address treatment vendors, professional associations, and community organizations regarding the philosophy of our program.
- Inform and refer JISP participants and former participants of their rights or available services and answer questions posed by the participants and network team members in the absence of the officers as required.
- Establish record management systems with participant cases, staff timekeeping, urine documents, and bus tickets.
- Act as regional vehicle coordinator including maintenance, repairs, logs, accident reports, inspections, and insurance for State vehicles.
- Participate in team developments activities, serve on committees including paper reduction and utilization of electronic document transmittal, and task force regarding the policies and procedures of JISP.
- Liaison between government agencies and treatment facilities including coordinating meetings, appointments, and other activities necessary for accomplishing job assignments.
- Provide information as well as compose complex and routine correspondence for prosecutors, public defenders, treatment agencies, and contracted vendors. Review legal documents including Court Orders, warrants, and treatment letters.
Three years of experience performing a variety of clerical and support services to include keyboarding and one or more of the following:
- Document or information processing
- Handling payments for fees, recording monies received, reconciling balances or accounts
- Scheduling meetings or appointments
Ability to use a keyboard, no minimum speed.
Physical Ability:
For some positions, applicants must have the ability to perform work which requires climbing and prolonged standing, stretching, bending and reaching to perform the essential duties of the position.
