Job Purpose
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The mission of the department is to drive focus on clients and associates through reducing, simplifying, and standardizing process, while optimizing business performance. By working closely with the assigned department, the trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting in the creation and implementation of a seamless onboarding process for our Retail Boutique teams through clear, consistent, and streamlined processes.
Tasksand Responsibilities Retail Excellence
Support the Director for critical execution of the implementation of the new onboarding initiative for Retail Teams:
- Assist in adapting the onboarding process to make it more relevant
- Provide effective communication and follow up of tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to the teams
- Oversee that employees are being integrated into the organization with the necessary tools & programs
- Content Creation
- PowerPoint decks for onboarding trainings
- Digital content and tools for LMS platform
- Launch decks for new tools and processes
- Tool Creation
- Innovate ideas & tools to deliver a top-tier experience for retail new hire
- Partner with external vendors to come up with creative solutions in our use of tools
- Reporting
- Monitoring boutique training tools utilization to hold teams accountable for trainings
- Knowledge and maintenance of the onboarding space within the internal retail app
- Support with various admin tasks such as calendar management, training logistics & vendor management
- Full-time, 10 Month Program
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
- At least 6 months of prior experience
- Strong English communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent follow-through practices
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently - Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Adobe photoshop experience is a plus
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
