Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Dubai with opportunities for remote work. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives by handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating communications. The role also involves acting as a key point of contact to ensure efficient operations and offering high-level executive support to enhance productivity and organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports
  • Experience in providing high-level Executive Support and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking
  • Proficiency with office productivity software and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
