Remote Data Entry Worker

Position Overview

Spirit Truck Lines is looking for a highly accurate and dependable Remote Data Entry Worker to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing large volumes of data across our systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will help support key logistics and transportation operations.

• Enter and update data into company databases and systems with speed and accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of information before inputting, identifying and correcting errors
• Organize and maintain digital records and files
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, driver, and company information
• Assist with generating reports and compiling data for internal use
• Follow data entry procedures and quality standards consistently
• Work closely with team members to ensure up-to-date and reliable information
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and web‑based systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Experience in transportation or logistics environments
• Familiarity with cloud‑based data entry systems or CRMs
• Prior remote work experience
