Role OverviewThe Field Ops Training Coordinator supports the Field Ops Training team by helping manage the operational, administrative, reporting, and logistical work that keeps training programs running smoothly. This role maintains accurate training records, supports LMS and Airtable workflows, coordinates training logistics, manages field-facing requests, and helps ensure new hire training and compliance processes are completed accurately. It reports directly to the Senior Manager of Field Ops Training.
This is a salaried, local in-office role Monday through Thursday, with a work-from-home option on Fridays. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and able to communicate clearly with training partners, field leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Field Ops Training inbox by reviewing, prioritizing, responding to, or routing requests appropriately.
- Maintain accurate training records across the LMS, Airtable, and other internal tracking systems.
- Support LMS administration, including enrollments, attendance tracking, learner records, reporting, and troubleshooting course access or completion issues.
- Review and fulfill manager‑submitted tickets related to new hire training schedules, ensuring completion and compliance requirements are verified before approvals are made.
- Track and communicate outstanding training requirements, missing completions, and required follow‑up for new hires, Guardrail training, and other required training processes.
- Create and distribute recurring training reports to appropriate partners and leadership teams.
- Maintain Airtable records, dashboards, forms, and workflows, including basic checks to ensure automations and reporting processes are functioning as expected.
- Support training logistics, including travel coordination, attendance documentation, live session preparation, and meeting support.
- Prepare or update training materials, slide decks, reporting summaries, and partner meeting materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot common field training issues, such as broken modules, missing enrollments, access issues, inaccurate records, or unclear completion requirements.
- Provide light project management support for Training team initiatives by tracking tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑ups.
- Attend select strategic meetings with the Senior Manager of Field Ops Training to document action items and support follow‑through.
- Occasionally support or co‑facilitate light training sessions or workshops, such as New Hire Orientation or basic training overviews.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, systems, and deadlines at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with data, records, reports, and completion tracking.
- Ability to follow detailed processes and identify when something does not meet requirements.
- Ability to learn and work within systems such as an LMS, Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to investigate issues before escalating.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with training partners, managers, and field leadership.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to work locally in‑office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays as business needs allow.
