About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified contractor to support contract operations by coordinating with internal teams to address contract‑related issues and improve processes. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of contract activities by ensuring accuracy, alignment with internal standards, and timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
The opportunity is open to individuals located in the Midwest, South, Northeast, or West regions of the United States. The role requires reliable internet and the ability to manage responsibilities from a home office.
Project hours:
Monday – Friday, 8‑hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third‑party payroll supplier, eTeam, who will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal teams to address contract‑related questions, issues, and updates.
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including documentation review and process alignment.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve contract‑related processes and workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency with internal policies and standards.
- Timely resolution of contract‑related inquiries and escalations.
- Well‑documented contract records and supporting materials.
- Contributions to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Internal document repositories or contract tracking tools, as applicable.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience supporting contracts, operations, or administrative processes in a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience working with contract management, procurement, or legal support teams.
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer, eTeam, and varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. The reasonable hourly range is:
- California: $22 – $28
- Colorado: $21 – $26
- Cleveland, OH: $19 – $24
- District of Columbia: $22 – $28
- Illinois: $21 – $26
- Maryland: $22 – $27
- Maine: $20 – $25
- Massachusetts: $22 – $28
- Minnesota: $21 – $26
- New York: $23 – $30
- New Jersey: $22 – $28
- Virginia: $21 – $27
