Pricing Clerk

Polar Beverages is hiring for a Pricing Clerk position. This is a full time, in office position, remote work will not be considered.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all pricing activities.
• Review submitted pricing, validate accuracy and enter pricing promotions.
• Distribute pricing promotions to appropriate departments and customers.
• Enter and maintain product authorizations.
• Manage and respond to a high volume of emails efficiently and professionally.
• Verbal and written communication with multiple internal departments and customers regarding pricing discrepancies and billing issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized documentation.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
• Previous pricing, billing, clerical, or administrative experience preferred.
