About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional communicator and collaborator with the skills to support a dynamic team delivering high-quality training and technical services throughout Wisconsin. Your strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to track concurrent tasks will be crucial for supporting event preparation, execution, and post-event activities. You will help elevate our impact, inclusion, development, and mission goals through facilitation of program processes, data tracking, material preparation, formatting, and maintenance, as well as utilizing electronic video and survey tools and an online learning management system.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. Our offices are in Madison, WI, and Chicago, IL. This position requires someone located in or near Madison, WI, as in-office presence of 3-5 days per week may be expected.
What You'll Do- Coordinate processes and activities to ensure client satisfaction, exceptional service, and program success.
- Support event coordination and logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation and delivery, registration tracking and monitoring, and event preparation and closeout.
- Review, edit, and format documents and information.
- Compile and track data to create accurate, high-quality reports.
- Provide on-site staffing event support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of work-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases.
- Flexible hybrid work in Madison, WI or Chicago, IL. In-office environments typically have moderate noise levels.
- Ability to work from home or another suitable location with reliable internet access.
- Flexible schedules; meetings generally occur between 9 AM - 4 PM Central Time.
- Requires a quiet and professional workspace for virtual meetings and collaboration.
- Some in-state, overnight travel required, up to 5 days per month.
- Primarily a sedentary role, with tasks typically performed while sitting or occasionally standing.
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment.
- Requires visual focus for reading and working on screens.
- Frequently communicates via phone and video conferencing, with in-person interactions as applicable.
- Ability to move, lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Involves walking, bending, crawling, stooping, crouching, squatting, kneeling, twisting (neck/trunk), reaching with arms, and reaching overhead.
- Ability to move throughout the building to access files, support training setup and teardown, etc.
