Position: Admin, Global Proposal Center (Remote)

The GPC Administrator will play a key role in supporting the GPC and Global Sales Team by managing general department operation activities. The role provides essential administrative support to enable GPC and global sales success. The role is responsible for ensuring all presales documentation - vendor forms, subcontractor and proposal related forms, etc.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support with completing all types of presales form work in a timely manner with 100% accuracy (vendor, subcontractor, proposal related, etc.)
  • Assist with ensuring all collateral is updated in a centralized data base
  • Assist Proposal Specialists with any proposal needs
  • Provide timely monthly reporting for all customer contracted portals
  • Provide relevant and required information in 3rd Party Compliance Platforms
  • Perform any additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects at request of GPC leadership
  • Contribute to continuous performance and quality improvements
  • Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives
What We're Looking For Must Haves
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative functions preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Energized self-starter capable of working and thinking independently and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Must be able to thrive in high-paced work environment that requires 100% accuracy in all work output
  • Must have organizational acumen to ensure departmental success and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
