About the Role
This position is an Administrative Support role supporting a team of financial professionals at Corebridge Financial.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a fast‑paced team.
- Ensure data integrity by managing large datasets across Excel and various reporting platforms.
- Execute high‑capacity client interaction and resolution.
- Handle high-volume document distribution and retrieval, maintaining a meticulous tracking log of all pending and completed requests.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and multi‑calendar management.
- Facilitate administrative preparation for team events.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional, confidential, and ethical conduct.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and listening skills.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and work successfully in a highly structured, fast‑paced team environment.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to work simultaneously in multiple applications and screens.
- Ability to run errands and pick up supplies as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- 5+ years of customer service experience in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Boca Raton, FL office with a hybrid working policy allowing both in‑office and remote work.
CompensationAnnual salary range: $48,000–$52,000. The above range is the anticipated starting salary; actual compensation will depend on geographic location, skills, experience, and other factors. The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
