Extra Space Storage is seeking a Workforce Administrator who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the NSC by maximizing workforce resources. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Workforce Management and strong analytical and communication skills. This position offers hybrid work arrangements for those in the SLC, Utah area and emphasizes the ability to monitor call volumes and adapt schedules.
Candidates with previous contact center experience and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.
