Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO in managing strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and high-level stakeholder coordination.

This role requires someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and confident in handling executive-level communication, including exposure to government institutions and board-level discussions.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, has experience supporting senior executives or Board of Directors, and is comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct executive support to the CEO in daily operations and strategic matters.
  • Coordinate and monitor key company projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
  • Act as liaison between CEO and internal departments, external partners, and government institutions.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business documentation in Mandarin and English.

Requirements

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support within a remote setting. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments for executives and teams.
  • Coordinating and preparing for virtual meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
