Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO in managing strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and high-level stakeholder coordination.
This role requires someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and confident in handling executive-level communication, including exposure to government institutions and board-level discussions.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, has experience supporting senior executives or Board of Directors, and is comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive support to the CEO in daily operations and strategic matters.
- Coordinate and monitor key company projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
- Act as liaison between CEO and internal departments, external partners, and government institutions.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business documentation in Mandarin and English.
- Attend meetings with CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage CEO’s schedule, priorities, and confidential matters with discretion.
- Support business expansion initiatives and cross-border communication when required.
- Assist in preparing materials for Board of Directors and senior management meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, International Relations, Law, or related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) –

. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to CEO, or Assistant to Board of Directors.
- Experience handling strategic projects and cross-department coordination.
- Exposure to government institutions, licensing processes, or regulatory affairs is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business structure and executive workflow.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Qualifications
