PAY RANGE

The Virtual Assistant pay range starts at $19-$22 per hour based on experience and skillset.

Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on the number of contracted hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain executive calendars and appointments.
  • Manage emails for efficiency and clarity.
  • Create presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Handle social media management and content creation.
  • Streamline client operations through workflows and processes.
  • Research technologies and recommend solutions.
  • Update and enter client data in CRMs.
  • Arrange travel and event coordination.
  • Assist with project management and event planning.
  • Provide personal assistance to ensure smooth operations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Availability during normal business hours (8 AM–5 PM, your time zone).
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Trustworthy with high confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • At-home office setup with Mac/PC, reliable internet, and MS Office.
  • Smartphone with email capabilities.
  • Quiet, designated workspace.
