DutiesThis employee will be responsible for revising and adding provider records to the claims processing system (Amisys), enrolling providers for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), researching and resolving NPI billing errors, handling W‑9 and 1099 forms for providers, resolving daily data integrity reports, handling inbound provider calls, and working with the zip code maintenance files.

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred medical or dental claims processing experience
- Preferred completion of a Medical Terminology Course
This position requires a one‑year, fixed‑term service agreement and offers a flexible hybrid work model. Qualified candidates have the option to work remotely. At minimum, team members are required to work at the Salt Lake City home office every Thursday in addition to attending company and department meetings and events at various times throughout the year.
During the 4‑week training program, you will initially spend a minimum of two weeks working at our home office, followed by the remaining training period on a hybrid work schedule for those who desire and qualify.
