Duration: 12 Months
Location: Longmont, CO
Work Mode: Prefers local candidate to Longmont, CO, but will entertain a remote worker. 10% travel may be required. Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking project scope, schedules, and key milestones using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Support coordination with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing activities.
- Help maintain project plans, trackers, and action logs.
- Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to monitor progress and follow up on open tasks.
- Support procurement tracking for customer-specific bought-out items and accessories.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with documentation tracking, approvals, inspections, and dispatch coordination.
- Support communication with customers by sharing updates, responding to routine queries, and escalating issues when required.
- Coordinate with project administration teams to support timely submission of invoices as per contractual milestones.
- Help track outstanding invoices and flag delays for review.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating shipment documentation.
- Support dispatch of accessories and site-specific materials in coordination with logistics teams.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, commercial records, engineering drawings, and document transmittals.
- Support preparation of basic project status reports and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role (internship experience welcome).
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
