  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Plus any corporate experience in an entry/mid-level role, preferably in business administration, software or construction management

  • Serve as an extension to your CEO and protect his time and priorities
  • Drop your ego at the door, no assignment too big or too small
  • Assist with business travel planning and reservations
  • Flexible schedule and willing to home sit during CEO’s extended travel
  • Demonstrating honesty, trust and reliability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Be the CEO's confidante and right-hand, anticipating his needs and always being one step ahead
  • Be proactive about tracking and auditing to-do lists and holding people accountable to commitments
  • Complete everyday tasks such as driving, pet care, ordering meals, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Organize files and maintain a clean office space
  • Coordinate with project team, and office service providers
  • Professionally manage communications
  • Stay friendly, energetic, and never lose your cool under pressure
