Dealership: L0105 Lithia Home Office Lithia & Driveway | Vendor Administrator

Location:

Medford, OR (hybrid ideal, open to remote)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation Range: $16.85-$24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $20.00-$21.00/hr actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collect, review, and verify certificates of insurance
  • Support year-end 1099 processing activities
  • Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting

  • Sense of urgency with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of vendor administration and compliance practices
  • Accounts payable experience preferred

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
