- Experience in executive support, office administration, hospitality, operations coordination, or corporate office management
- Strong customer service mindset with polished communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and logistics with strong attention to detail
- Experience coordinating executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, presentations, and office events
- Comfortable supporting high-touch employee and visitor experiences in a professional office environment
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Visio, or similar business systems highly preferred
- Notary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, hospitality, or operations coordination preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Professional communication skills with a collaborative and service-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional relationships
