Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant. The position is based in Deerfield Beach, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, creating expense reports, and organizing correspondence. This role also entails maintaining clear communication, assisting with operational needs, and ensuring priorities and deadlines are met to enhance the overall efficiency of the executive team.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and facilitating Executive Support
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid work environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with office tools and software, including email and calendaring applications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
