Overview
The Ben Admin Coordinator implements and maintains client and broker groups within CRC Benefits using Ben Admin systems. The role provides extensive support to internal sales teams and external clients for insurance system enrollment and group implementation. The position is remote, but candidates must be able to work Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm central time.
Responsibilities- Engage with the Benefits Administration system to complete new and renewal account installations, including group demographics, benefits plans/rates, employee census data and integrations.
- Provide assistance to internal and external clients with Ben Admin Q&A, reports, troubleshooting, and data questions.
- Consistently meet or exceed SLA expectations for individual performance.
- Utilize tools and formats for daily case workload management.
- Ensure all data is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to enhance learning, triage issues, and address Q&A.
- Participate in meetings and trainings, applying new knowledge to day‑to‑day processes.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the manager.
- Work occasional longer hours or weekends during peak periods to meet deadlines.
- HS diploma or GED (required).
- Experience in a client‑facing role (preferred).
- Health insurance or general agency experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common web browsers.
- Working knowledge of Ben Admin systems (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate on projects and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels, including video meetings and calls.
