Working directly with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for optimizing daily operations through effective communication and thorough administrative management.
Your role includes scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with logistics that help the organization function smoothly. Independent multitasking and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee shared inboxes and ensure prompt responses
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendar activities
• Draft reports, presentations, and other important documents
• Organize digital filing systems using Google Workspace
• Assist with stakeholder communication including schools and families
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in administrative or customer service roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with precise attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with project management software is beneficial
