Sales Support / Operations Assistant (Japanese Bilingual)
Work Location: Marietta, GA (Hybrid Work Available)
Position Overview
This position supports daily operations and coordination related to logistics and order processing. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both on-site and remote teams.
The role involves regular communication with Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams, requiring the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and scan documentation for assigned accounts
- Prepare and process delivery orders and receipts
- Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
- Set up and coordinate shipping orders
- Create invoices and support basic accounting-related tasks
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both Japanese and English
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles required
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English in a business setting is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Hybrid work model (combination of on-site and remote work)
- Collaborative, international team environment
