** Must Have's:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience providing administrative support for union negotiations.
- Experience as an administrative assistant in a healthcare organization.

- Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications.
- Excellent skills in using personal computer software programs, including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented.
- Well-organized and able to work independently with minimal direction.
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
As an integrated part of Keck's systemwide negotiations team, this position assists the different negotiation teams by providing administrative support for all collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiation activities. The Project Coordinator will provide daily administrative management of negotiation meetings, including drafting notes, minutes, correspondence, and necessary follow-up. This position will report to the Employee and Labor Relations Manager.
JOB
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provides coordination and oversight of all tasks related to negotiations such as planning, organizing, and implementing activities to meet specific deadlines. This will include, but not be limited to ordering catering when requested, communicating with managers and human resources teams, taking detailed notes during negotiations, scheduling committee meetings in person or teams, and more.
• Serves as a key resource for negotiation committees. Resolves problems or questions referred by committee members, and other members as applicable.
• Organizes multiple tasks with conflicting priorities, delivering the desired results and successfully meeting deadlines. Effectively manages difficult situations and works well with all levels of staff.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment. Alerts appropriate leaders of any changes and problems solves as needed.
• Attends negotiations meetings to document notes and publish in shared folder and ensure details from the meeting are handled by you.
• Monitors and handles incoming request for goods and services for negotiations to ensure contract terms are satisfied and details are executed as planned.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with widely diverse members of departmental staff by performing duties in a cooperative and helpful manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
