Position Overview

Driscoll Electric is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Project Managers, Service Manager, and field technicians in our Burlington office. This is a fast-paced, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers and coordinating operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service phone calls and emails
  • Assist the Service Manager and Project Managers in scheduling work for field technicians across multiple locations, including planned and emergency service calls
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and follow-up
  • Coordinate with local towns to request electrical permits and inspections
  • Assist office staff in coordinating service upgrades with local utility providers
  • Assist the Service Manager with customer invoicing
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist with supply ordering for jobs and service work
  • Coordinate with project managers to count and track lighting packages
  • Assist the Accounting department with receivable tracking
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative and office support tasks as needed
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of electrical work is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Sage Timberline Service Management is preferred but not required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and dependable
  • Computer-literate and able to learn new software systems quickly
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
