We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy team in Louisville, Kentucky through a Long-term Contract assignment. This position will help maintain day-to-day administrative flow by handling data-intensive tasks, supporting account managers, and keeping customer and order information organized. The role is best suited for someone who is highly accurate, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and performing pivot tables in Excel.
The Administrative Assistant role is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. It is a hybrid schedule working from home 2 days per week and 3 days in office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to account managers by organizing information, updating records, and assisting with daily operational needs.
- Enter and maintain order details with a high level of accuracy to help keep customer and account information current.
- Build, update, and review Excel spreadsheets, including charts and pivot tables, to track activity and summarize data.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently while checking for completeness and consistency across documents and systems.
- Respond to routine customer-related inquiries and support service-related follow-up as needed.
- Help the team reduce backlogged administrative work by prioritizing tasks and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure administrative processes run smoothly and information is shared promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is required.
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables.
- Ability to manage detailed information and stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
- Customer service experience is preferred, especially in a support or coordination environment.
