- Demonstrated ability to provide sophisticated, high-touch service to a discerning, executive-level audience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to embody a warm, conversational, and refined tone in all interactions.
- Impeccable organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing databases, schedules, and financial records.
- A collaborative and proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is able to manage multiple priorities with poise.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information and navigating a community of industry leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, experience with CRM software (Member Clicks preferred), and curiosity to learn AI efficiency tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
